Crème Brulée, encore
i am thinking the Coffee Brandy Crème Brulée, though the Ginger Crème Brulée with Strawberries is also very tempting. It may depend on how the strawberries look at the market.

Well, Coconut Crème Brulée it is; baked it tonight, with Tyler's help, and so we can eat it tomorrow. It is just like Traditional Crème Brulée except you substitute the milk you blend with the cream with coconut milk. Mmm, the house smells so good.

Tomorrow the remaining two will be served with either Bananas Foster or Banana Flambé.
Next up: repeat the coffee Crème Brulée with a bittersweet chocolate espresso ganache drizzled over the top.
Also, we plan to try a Crème Caramel with strawberries embedded in the cream, and topped with a dark chocolate ganache so that it is the base when you flip it over to serve. Mmmm!
